So, other than fantastic amounts of weed smoking, what have the Dutch been up to recently? Well, for one, they are busy reinforcing the dykes that keep their country out of the ocean. Over 40% of the Netherlands is below sea level and rising sea levels due to global warming doesn’t help matters. On a related note, internationally, the Dutch have the lowest rate of hate crimes against lesbians. REAL TRUTH: Of the 35,000+ people employed by the US Army Corps of Engineers, there is not a drop of Dutch blood among them.
